1. Data we collect
By visiting our site, we may collect the following information:

Technical Data: Information such as IP address, web browser, operating system that we collect automatically when you use our site.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our site, such as pages visited, time spent on the site, etc.
2. Purpose of data collection
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of:
Providing the services available on our site.
Responding to your inquiries and requests.
Analyzing traffic on the site and adapting content to the needs of users.
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of handling consumer complaints, inquiries, opinions and requests, and in connection with the need to secure possible claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO*.
In case of the need to issue a financial and accounting document, the legal basis for data processing will be Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in conjunction with Article 74(1) and (2) of the Accounting Act of September 29,
1994.
3. Period for which the data will be processed
– Data necessary for processing complaints will be processed for a period of 3 years, whereby the data may also be stored for the purpose of securing claims (see below),
– Data necessary for processing inquiries, opinions and requests will be processed for a period of 1 year
– Data necessary for securing claims will be processed until such claims expire, in accordance with the period indicated in Article 118 of the Civil Code,
– Data necessary for financial reporting will be processed for a period of five years from the beginning of the year following the fiscal year in which operations, transactions, proceedings were finally completed, paid
off, settled or barred.
Recipients of the data
Personal data may be disclosed to the Company’s employees or associates, as well as to entities providing support to the Company in areas such as IT, legal services on a commissioned basis and in accordance with the entrustment
agreements entered into
4. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate
interest of the controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the
basis of consent before its withdrawal.
To the extent that your data are processed for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract or processed on the basis of consent – you also have the right to portability of personal data, i.e. to receive your
personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You may send this data to another data controller.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of data processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection.
